Is it just me, or does anyone else find Dragon’s description of “Magic Tracks” on their 3 in 1 Early Production Tiger I as something to make your model “nicer and more special” perhaps a bit, well, silly? I mean, for God’s sake, it’s a representation of a heavily armed, armored, brutal, ground-crushing 57-ton killing machine designed to strike terror in the hearts of its opponents–not a freaking flower arrangement. “Nicer and more special” isn’t really the effect Henschel was looking for, I suspect…
I just thought it was rather funny, that’s all…“Martha Stewart describes a tank”…
well you have to allow for the translation factor. Chinese marketers trying thier best to present complex adjectives in a foreign tongue. Doesn’t bother me, but I wish there was more magic in those tracks. I still think they can be improved.
My ex-wife thinks , the Bradley series of AFV’s , are " cute " ! She has 3 of them . ( Thanks to me .) And I will not go into what she thinks of Volkswagens ! LOL I have built several Kubelwagons for her . Imagine if Martha Stewart , built AFV models ! It would be interesting , and besides , I think Martha , is hot .

I think what Dragon is trying to do is take the fear out of modeling their indy tracks. So many newbies are scared to death of them, that undoubtedly Dragon loses sales to other companies over their tracks. So, I feel that it has something to do with the name, even though it stands more for simplification of assembly.
I really dont see why people are so scared of indys, there construction is easy…The only part that is frustrating is the cleanup of individual links…time consuming
I agree with the posts about " indy " tracks scaring people away . I have a DML " Firefly " , and a M4A4 Sherman , the only thing holding me back , is the " Indy " tracks . I wish someone made after market vinyl tracks for these . I can handle " indy " tracks for Panzer 3’s and 4 's . But it is those darn end connectors , on the Shermans !
