I’m new here, but not new to building model cars, trucks, airplanes, tanks, ships & space ships. I haven’t put together a model for probably 13 yrs or so as I’m a parent and time is limited. But now my 11yo son has taken an interest in this great hobby. So I figure we can both learn together! I’m pretty sure I’ve forgotten more than I remember. I used to buy Fine Scale Modeler Magazine, way back in the day.
I have a nice area in my shop for building models, and hope to learn more about airbrushes. I’ve owned one in my life-it was a cheapie, and I hope to learn all I can about them, types, uses, advantages/disadvantages, and anything else I can learn about them. So if anyone has tips, or links I’ll gladly listen/look them over!

Woody…first off [#welcome] back to the hobby. I have taken a time off from the hobby, and also am with you in the great state of Minnesota. I’ve found the forums to be a wealth of information, as well as a good excuse to sneak off each weekend to support the hobby… send me an email and we’ll have to hook up. I’m not great by any stretch of the imagination, but I can help out in avoiding the mistakes I made when I got started back again.
