i’ve been whating to build the M-4 T34 Caliope for some time now here is what i have so far. hope you like.

Hey, good progress so far. I saw a pic of this kit (the old Monogram one) in an old Shep Paine book, and fell in love with it.

are you building 2 shermans? the top one looks like the loaders hatch has been filled?

yeah the loaders hatch was filled then i replaced it with a new hatch door. i did’nt like the one that was on there. i built the box from scrach to match the one in my book. the M-4 sherman at war. by concord.

is that the first Sherman at war book or the second?
Looks great so far! I remember that Monogram kit as well. If I remember they put it in a dio with winter camo.
yeah the book is the frist copy. the shep paine dio is great i’m building this one sim to that one. but i;m coping the sand bag armor from sherman in action by squadron/sig. page 37.[8]

thanks guy’s the biggest problem is with the verlinden caliope no directions on where to put the support beams on the turret. other than that it’s been fun. i can’t wait to start the armored trailor. oh i had to look at pic’s to find placment of support beams. [8][banghead]
