New member seeks help with Forum search.

I’m a new member to this outstanding site. I’ve just re:entered modeling after a long hiatus and was delighted to find you all.

I’m a member of a couple of other forums (machinist and boolit [sic] casting), and know that is good protocol to do an extensive search before charging in with questions that have likely been thoroughly covered, but I don’t see a way to search the Forum by subject.

The back issue article search function is first rate, but I was also looking for the adjunctive personal exchange approach which forums supply.

Or am I confused about the FineScale(dot)com search function. Any help along these lines would be gratefully received.

on the right hand side of the page, under your profile stuff you’ll see “Search our Community” and it will show you all posts that pertain to whatever you typed in the search box
