Just started this baby and they should label this a “smart kit” as it now includes some great one piece tracks. The running gear is beautiful and again, easy to build. The kit features a slide modeled 75 mm gun barrel which looks like it will be easy to clean up. All in all so far this is a great little kit. A definete must have .

[#ditto] I just started the same kit last week. And agree with the above. The running gear alone is over 60 pieces and goes together like a dream. It even has stenciling stamped on it.

Hey you guys, what are your experiences with the tracks, and the way they’re packaged in your kits? Are the teeth deformed in any way, 'cos of this?!
Some people I know who have purchased this kit, talk of the track teeth bein’ deformed!
The only issue I had with the whole kit, aside from the wrong color elephants, was the fit of the bolt strip above the transmission cover. Needs a little attention. The rest was fantastic.
My tracks were deformed, so I soaked them in hot water (not boiling) for 3 minutes and they fixed themselves. I was surprised because a couple of the guide teeth looked almost melted before hand. Just don’t get the water too hot as they could wrinkle. I used the hot water tap from our bottled water dispenser.
