New Build group

Hey

I was wondering If anyone was interested in starting a StuG 3 Build Group? if interested plz post. Im new and would like to take part in a build but dont want to intrude on others. Also I have the Dragon Imperial series Micheal Wittman StuG 3, Who is Micheal Wittman? And Can somebodey give me a heads up on this model?

Wittman was a German tanker ace and one of the most successful tankers in history. Most famous for his exploits at Villers-Bocage where he engaged 2 British Battalions

I think there was/is a StuG GB recently.

We had a Stug/Sturmtiger build, so this would be a more difinitive build with the 3 only. Oh, I’d do it, I have the Dragon III G Late, but I’m just too busy right now and want to finish a few that are in progress. But hey, go fo it and good luck. I love the Stug III.

I would love to but I would suggest not starting until late may, when the current builds die down. Then I would love to join

Ah, May is the Tank Destroyer (SP on a chassis) Group Build.

Still some if not all Stug III were Sp guns werent they?

I might be able to be strong armed into this. However, I would suggest a later start as a lot is going on right now. Just my 2 cents. I just bought the Dragon Stug III Ausf G.

Aye, any fixed anti-tank gun, would more or less qualify as a sp/tank destroyer.

I’ll join any time, sooner or later. I’m finishing up a Stug IV (picts soon) A Stug III is a must anyway ,so I’m in whenever we all decide.[dinner] By the way[#welcome] I hope you enjoy the community as much as I do. Obviosly I’m a newbie too… BUT IT ROCKS!!}:)

Well I guess I have no chice but wait till may Oh well.Yeah I just wanted to try it but with so much stuff going on I guess not, Even though I just Bought The Dragon StuG 3 Ausf A. Imperial Series Micheal Wittman model, Still working on the lower chassis finished wheels and stuff but am assembling tracks now.

Hmmmm…this sounds good. I need to build a couple for my next Dio anyway so doing this will make me build them. Yeah count me in just let me know the details. [#welcome]

Ok The tank Should be A StuG 3 (Ill let four slide) Can be any version including Bflswgn( command tank) or special conversion tank, such as bergepanzer, (if they even had a StuG version)
second, Im only 13 so Im gonna need someone to help me manage this ( PLEASE assist!)
third Date will be sometime in May, whenever you guys want to start and finish, I guess we can debate on this topic later
fourth, should be in 1/35 scale
fifth, hold off on finishing your StuGs till the start date
sixth, anyone can join anytime(we will debate this if anyone objects)[tup]
And I guess thats it If you have any limits/rules sugeestions please post em!

you may not know, tigertankman that you usually dont start on the tank until the start date
