I must admit I’m now mostly a aircraft/Sci Fi guy …but I grew up on WWII Air and Armor…well this is just too interesting to pass up and at 32.00 to 37.00 USD…with Loads of detail, photo etch and trumpeter/Tamiya quality too boot.

This review says it all…I’m sold!

I have picked the kit up and it looks great just examining the parts in the box. My only concern is the tracks which I will replace with indy tracks.

In the next week or so you will see my finish of a thread to convert the old Nitto M4 kit into something reasonable. After A LOT of work it looks decent.

This kit makes life much simpler and has some more fine details than I had the time or energy to do on my upgrade of the Nitto kit.

GOOD! I’m glad your generally happy with your kit…as I just ordered mine from my local hobby shop…35.00…not bad and no shipping.

‘IF’…Lucky Models had it I wonder how much they would charge?

Now I just wish that Trumpeter would hurry up with the 1/16th M16 Halftrack! GEESH!

Has anyone heard anything about that thing?

I may have to get this one this weekend from my LHS. Isnt this the proper prime mover for the AFV Club Long Tom or 8 Inch Howitzer?

I hope They have it…My Hobby shop would have jumped on it in a big way but it did not show up on the regular dist list that covers models from Hobby Boss…but Stevens International had it on their new kit list.

So they ordered three, one for myself, a friend who said 'Hell yes!" and one for the shop.

Its a very cool item…in all my years of WWII interest I heve never seen this vehicle till now [%-)]

I’ve seen two pictures of this kit’s box tops, both with different pictures of what appears to be the same vehicle. One lists it as towing a 3"/90mm gun and one lists it as towing a 155mm/8" gun. There are no model numbers listed with the pictures so I’m not sure if they are the same kit or not. Does anyone know if HobbyBoss plans on releasing two different versions of this kit?
