need lancaster´s wheels 1/72

Hi guys!! a couple of weeks ago I got my revell new tooling lancaster at my door (I got it for 18 dolars from e-bay) and it looks like a great kit, gret detail (but the panels lines are a bit overdone for my taste) but the machine guns and wheel are very poorly detailed.

I will have to do something with the guns, but about the wheels i´m womndering if any of you have a spare (from the airfix or hasegawa kit) maybe if you built one in “flight” or maybe if is not much problem can cast me a copy…

Hi Jeremias,

replacement guns are easy enough to find (Quickboost, Aeroclub) but wheels, because RoG didn’t do a very good job here on an inexpensive and otherwise excellent kit (I’ve got four) are more of a problem. They’re either OOP (Quickboost), or very expensive (CMK), or both. The good news is that they just clip into position, so you could build your Lanc with the kit wheels, and upgrade as and when replacements become available.
