Here is some pics of my nearly completed Faun SLT-56 Tank Transporter!!
Anyway all there is to do is a bit of weathering and decals, and it should be complete.

It is Trumpeters 1/35 scale kit
This kit is the first kit i have tryed this type of cammo scheme on and was fully done by airbrushing.
Alot of patience and a few fowl words but i am happy with it!!!
The Marder is a Tamiya 1/35 scale also the cammo was done by airbrushing.

In that first photograph I thought it was real. Nice job.
Oh yeah baby, been waiting to see this beast finished up. Looks very clean and well built. Definitely weather it up a bit. Make sure to throw a major dust layer onto the trailer. Also, the gloss on the tires is a litte detracting from the overall finish. I know that they come in the kit like that, so either throw a layer of dullcote on them, or a layer of dust.
BTW, is the Marder the Tamiya or the Revell kit?

Lots of styrene there Robert, and you’ve done a beautiful job bringing it all together. I’ve got a couple of these big haulers the M26 and Famo 18T with transport trailers sitting in the wings waiting for me to tackle one of these days. You’ve really done your Faun justice. The Marder kit is a Tamiya kit.
The first pic was taken in my backyard.
Also i can honestly say the reason this build has turned out the way it has is from all the help i got on the FSM Armor Forum!!![:D]

Hey tankdriver Thanks for that i know the airbrushing is not up to scratch but that was my first go at it…
And Panzer i live in Queensland Australia actually South East Queensland near the coast now but a while ago i was living on a cattle farm.
sweet faun elephant. i got the kit on its to my home as i am writing this post.
how’s the build up for the kit though? seems to have tiny bit of troubles here and there on the perthmilitary site’s review.
