Navy blue and Dark blue

IS there i a way i can substitue dark blue for navy blue?
any suggestions?

I cant seem to find a good match, adding white or adding black. any suggestions?

I would try to match the colors best you can if you can’t find the correct
color. I hate to use paints that never where use on the real thing. I do alot of mixing, but most of its trial and error to get the right shade.
