Hi friends,
Below is some pictures of my precious models, all built from Eduard kits
That’s an impressive collection! I see hours and hours of rigging!
There is a lot of beautiful work there! I love biplanes (I have a couple in the stash), but the rigging puts me off - one day, maybe[:)]
Impressive collection. It’s like the set of the movie Wings
I haven’t delved into WWI just yet but I find the color schemes very attractive. Nice job.
Very nice work cnq! [t$t]

Stay Safe.
Thanks friends.
This model is the most rigging I’ve done so far [:)]
Those are lovely! No question where the term “Flying Circus” applies, is there?
I’m just getting back into the WWI aircraft focus, but in 1/72. I hope they turn out as pleasing as yours.
Rick
Thanks again.
1/72 scale biplane kit is too small for me especially when it comes to rigging as my eyes are not what they used to be years ago [:)] . For me 1/48 WW1 is just perfect in terms of cost & details, and ease to work with.
Truly impressive! You should be proud of your work. I’ve always wanted to build WW1 planes, but I know I don’t have the talent or patience for it. I shall experience it vicariously through your builds. Thanks for posting. knox
Very impressive, especially in that scale.
Thanks for sharing.
WOW! Very impressive collection/display of WWI planes. I’ve attempted only a couple of biplanes and they were in 1/32 scale so I can’t even imagine doing themin 1/48 scale. I also like your glass display case that you have them displayed in.

Absolutely stunning!
you are a both an artist and a talented craftsman. I really enjoy looking at the pictures of your gorgeous work.
My earliest kit builds were the 1/48 Aurora WWI aircraft. Most of them back then were $0.79 and an EXPENSIVE kit was $1.29. Testors little paint bottles were $0.09 each. How things have changed. I still have one of Aurora’s Gatha bomber kit unopened. Your collection is fantastic. I have a few of the newer WWI kits and I am inspired by your work, and I pulled a Spad out of the stash and put it on the workbench.
Again that is some very finr work. Thanks for sharing it.
Nice is an understatement [B]. Those Eduard kits are amazing.
Excellent builds, cnq!
CNQ, what do you use for your rigging on you WWI planes?

Tom
I use EZ line (fine) for rigging.
