Great scratchbuilding. I guess its 1/35 scale. Did you scratchbuild the tires/wheels and accessory items too. Is it going to be attached to a cab? If so which one?
very nice. that took some time. what is the scale? how long did it take? thanks for the pics [8]
Very nice looking piece of work! I can’t imagine the hours you must have logged on that one.
Ahhh…scratchbuilding…
Again Charles, outstanding!
Thanks for all the good comments. Well guys, you won’t believe it if I told you. It took a total of 4 days to build working about 4-5 hours in between, each day. Yeah I know, sounds pretty impossible, you say. Well, I’m a very fast builder and always eager to start on my next project as I have said many times before.
The wheels are not scratchbuilt. They are from another kit. One mst always be willing to to be flexible and that I am. Most of the finer parts were taken from another kit but the chassis and most of the bulk is scratchbuilt. It is 1/35th scale.
[wow]What a nice piece of work!! Wished I was at your level, but sadly I’m not.
Frank
Amazing piece of work. I am planing to build the Patriot missle system, and one large part of the conversion centers on a scratchbuild of the trailer and launcher unit. Do you have any plans that you used in the build of this trailer. I would appreciate ANY info you could provide for me, in terms of measurements, plans, pictures, anything and everything will be GREATLY appreciated.
e-mail me at zzoranovic@yahoo.com if you think you can be of assistance.
Thanks for the pics, and I hope to get some details on this build.
Thanks Frank but I have not reached that level as yet. I’m still learning but at a faster rate, at least I wish.[;)]
I’ll respond later. I’m in a hurry to go some but I’ll be back.[:)]
