@fotofrank , there was a change at the end of 2025 where Firecrown stopped shipping physical copies of the magazine to subscribers outside of the United States. They said that unreliable delivery was not worth it and anyone with a subscription in another country would only be able to get digital from that point onward.
Not sure when you stopped getting the print copies, but if you want a refund, they will issue one for the remaining subscription length. If you want, I can dig up the phone number (easiest way to get your refund) and email I used.
@virtualight , you didn’t specify, but could this be your issue as well? Are you in another country? Either way, you may want to call as well.
