Fujimi 1/76 GMC
This kit was probably not the easiest subject for my first armor model… I know I made a few mistakes (tracks on left side are backwards, which I may fix later)… what do you think?

As a novice to armor myself, I’d say you did really well with it.
I’ve been doing aircraft for years, but I’ve only been dipping into armor for the past two or three, it takes a bit of a different mindset to say the least.
My first armor was Revell Germany’s 1/72 Challenger 1 which turned out much better than I expected, I’m almost finished that company’s 1/72 Leclerc T.5 and have no complaints about it.
Keep it up
First bit of armour you say !!??
Very well done !!! Looks like a nice clean build all around.
Welcome to FSM and to the Armour Forum !!!
Enjoy and thanks for sharing with us.
Looks very good to me. I thought it was 1/35!
If that is your first go at armour, I think you had better do some more, you might have found a niche. Great job.
Matt
Looks great, keep going and welcome.
Wow , first armor and brail scale at that. Looks great. I think you may be a natural.
Really nice! Alot better then my first attempt. Welcome aboard.
Very good for your first try. Don’t worry about the tracks. I heard some crews sometimes really put them on backwards.
Wow, very nice. If you can do that good in Braille, imagine what you could do in 1/35?
Welcome to the Dark Side, there is no turnings back now.
Thanks for the feedback… I’m going to try a Fujimi 1/76 Valentine next.
Awhile ago I built aircraft models… but I got out of the hobby for awhile… this is my first kit in about three years.
Great looking model
Definetly looked better than my first. I did the same thing with the tracks to my walker bulldog. hehe
Great looking model gwhowey. Thanks for sharing.

My first, is a mess-a bunch of unstable glue holding it all together-fenders, and wheels, and all the stuff below the armoured body…can’t bring myself to terrorize it…
Meet Shermanfreak, the sherman man: Got any questions about Shermans/sherman varients/ heck anything with a sherman chassis, he knows all there is about it.
Meet Dwight Ta-ala, the guy who just found his niche-as you soon will-since that is AWESOME-well, his is making little badges for the Group Builds, maybe after the valentine, you could check one out?
Meet Tigerman, likes to warn about the “dark side” I like to think of armor modeling as the “More dark than the light side of modeling”
In fact, meet the whole armor forum crew: many many many names are listed here(in invisible ink because there are tooo many to list) They are an awesome bunch, and will help with just about everyproblem. WELCOME, and this is for fun only, so remember, Glue is not your friend, the people on FSM armor are.
lol
welcome
Very good! Weathering is your friend. Remember with armor, you can make all kinds of mistakes. Tanks are like little kids, they never, ever are clean!
Very good for a first attempt especally in that scale, my first attemp at building a tank never saw daylight. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for sharing.
Good looking model!
nice work, GW!
welcome aboard.
[#welcome] to the forum.
Good job on the GMC. I’m amazed to see people doing such nice work with such a small scale. That probably has a better finish than many of my 1/35 models.
Very nice!! I can’t believe its your first armor build.
Keep them coming [:D][tup]
Oh and [#welcome] to FSM
first try?? unbelievable!!! I like it!!
