My brain hurts - truly

I have to admit, it’s amazing how many different versions of a 1/32 scalle ME-109/BF-109 one can find for sale these days - several from the same manufacturers in many cases! Not far behind is the 1/32 A6M Zero.

Alas tho! Do my searching eyes deceive me?!? Where oh where are all the various versions of a nice 1/32 P-51?!?!?! So far as I can tell, there’s really only the Dragon and Hasegawa models, both P-51D’s if my ancient memory recalls, and neither of which get very glowing reviews.

What, pray tell, is up with this?

hmmmm…

I agree, the only B is the very poor Revell kit that can only be fixed with the massive injection from the Hasegawa kit or my favorite D kit, which is the old Monogram kit, which I think has a better shape than the Dragon or Hasegawa D kits. You do have to add a lot of detail in the landing gear area, but the cockpit in that old kit is really pretty good.
