Thats not fair!! Now I have to wait. From the looks of the “sneak” you`ve done an outstanding build. My favorite!! Spent 4 yrs. stuffing her belly…Harv
Nice work on the tail. How about some pictures of the rest of that big beauty?

Hey Gary looks good we want more pics! I just started a Revell B 52 D for a freind of mine. What kit is your build. BTW I;m right down the road from you in Norwalk. Any good hobby stores up in you neck of the woods?

OK! Here’s just one more picture because you are all so kind! Keep in mind the pylons aren’t attached yet as I figured it would be easier to put the flags on if I could hold the pylons in my hands. BTW this has been about a seven week build, some days maybe 8 or 9 hours. This is a Monogram kit that I bought almost nineteen years ago. (I still have the receipt.) There are two hobby shops within a half hour of me, one being here in Danbury, and the other, a Hobbytown is in New Milford. If someone has any information on a model show here in Danbury in September, please let me know at olebottle@aol.com. I will surely go, and so will my wife (she says??)[;)]

Looking great there Gary!
Come on everybody, help me out here:
MORE PICS! MORE PICS! MORE PICS!
[:D]
Wow very impressable B-52 there Lo51! Nice job.
Here are two more partials. Like how many pictures do you think it’ll take huh? This is a very big model and my camera is SO small! This was a labor of love to build this particular plane. I loaded many a b–b in the real one, both n–es and conventionals. We were together at McCoy and Andersen. It’s really sad what they all (the D’s) look like now, but they did one heckuva job in their day didn’t they! Gary

Hey Gary I have yet to see a model show anywhere near where we live in the last twenty years. I have been all through the New York area and did not find one hobby shop dedicated to plastic models. It seems there is not enough interest in our area. I have only found one model club in Stamford and that was it. hard to believe. i think the revell kit i am building is a reboxing of the old Monogram kit that you have done such a nice job on. Hurry up and finish so we can see more pics!

Great model Gary. You really should send pics to FSM. The paint is so well done, and I know there’s square yards of it.
She has a nose? More, when you can.
If you have pics from the service, we would like to see them.

I just checked, and the AMPS show is definitely in Danbury, CT on September 27th (a Saturday) and a visit to the New England Military Museum on Sunday the 28th. The museum is just up the road for those not familiar with this area. Information on the show can be gotten at the following…
John Gazzola, 188 Laurel Point Road, Dayville, CT 06241 (860-617-1413) or, jgazzola12@aol.com, or check the AMPS web site at http://www.ampseast.org.
This information came from the July issue of FineScale Modeler Magazine.
Here’s the last of the pictures I took yesterday. Gary

Yes I’m coming back to the model table, and yes I got quite some models to get done lol.
