My avatar no longer displays

My avatar does not display on my MacBook. This started last week. However, my avatar does display on my Windows 10 PC. Strange, huh.

Hi Johnny,

I suspect this is a symptom of the updated iOS clashing with the older code on the Forum. When I’m in the office tomorrow, I’ll see if I can replicate the error on the Macs there. I’ll also push this the the dev team.

Thanks Tim for looking into this.

Following is some additional information that you may find helpful in solving the problem:

  • The avatar for the member called keavdog also does not display on my MacBook.
  • My MacBook is running Safari 12.0.2 and Macos 10.12.6

My avatar works but no “member since *** *****” or “from” information.
