I recently completed another Moebius Flying Sub from Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea. Aftermarket parts included the Photo Etch/ decals from Paragrafx and the Lighting kit from Voodofx. I also did some scratch building…I opened up the storage locker under the bunk. I air brushed the interior per the full size set and for the exterior I painted it per the Filming miniature(the Flying sub was not just yellow and blue)…This build was also constructed with the intention to remove the entire upper hull for interior viewing. I used Model Master and Tamiya paints mixed to get the desired colors, shot through my Iwata air brush.
You definitely makea me eyes an offer dey don wanna refuse ! I have always liked ( No Loved ) that model . I even went so far to insert a M-48-A-1 into the hull for real close bottom work ! . T.B.
wonderful. I noticed you shaded the yellow exterior paint. Photos of the hero model from the studio show this as accurate. Nice attention to detail. Well spotted. well done
