I am currently working on a Tamiya 1/16 scale WW2 German Infantryman–with reversible winter uniform and kung-fu grip! Okay, no kung-fu grip. Anyway, I want to add a rifle sling to the MP44 that comes with the kit. Any suggestions on what might work for that? Thanks.

There are a couple of different things you can try. Strips of paper, metal foil, medical tape, and the list goes on. Cut it to the width you want, paint it, and apply it. Myself, I prefer the tape, it has a sticky back that adheres nicely to the object you’re putting it on.

Ah! Medical tape. Never thought of that. I was watching other posts on this topic, and the foil or paper I thought might look like foil or paper. But medical tape . . . I’ll give that one a shot. Thanks [;)]
