I recently built the Breda Ba. 44 from a Planet Models resin kit, in 1/72. This was for the Reggia GB. Humbrol paints, and lot’s of info from the Stormo Magazine website; highly reccomended.

Reggia Aeronautica Ba. 44 in civil register.

It looks a lot like a Dragon. In fact when I built my DH.89 a while back, darn if I didn’t lose the canopy, which figures big in the deal. So I had to buy another kit, and the box of spares was well used for the Ba. 44- interiors, props, wheels and RDF bulb.

They indeed look alike. But I like the Rapide more, the lines are more elegant IMHO. Nonetheless a very interesting build of the Breda.
