FINALY finished this one. Monogram 1/24 Valvoline March Indycar driven by Al Unser Jr. The kit decals were old and junk. I ordered new ones from Indycal.

The car is from the 1989 racing season but the decals are from the 1992 racing year. They were very close, so what the heck.

Oh wow… awesome job. I really like that livery. Is that the Reynard? I have the Miller Lite boxing and did the Target car ages ago.

Thanks Keavdog, I appreciate the comments. I think this was a March Chassis with a Chevrolet engine. I am normally an Aircraft builder. This is only my second car kit in about 20 years. I was getting a bit burned out with airplane builds, so I switch it up. I’m going to do a couple more cars and then get back to planes.

Excellent job! Your paint & decal work is spectacular and it just glistens in the light. Your display base also adds to your model’s presentation.
