Since there is no section just for trains, I thought that I would post this here for the pleasure of the members.
This is more than just a model railroad layout!!
Check it out!!!

WOW!!! That is really somethin. Thanks for shareing that. Now I have to put Germany on my list of places to play(as though it wasn’t already!!)
That is amazing! Did anyone catch the topless sunbathers?
Justin
That is absolutely fantastic. I’ve seen some good layouts in my many years but that tops them all. Thanks for the show yardbird78.

That’s marvelous! I love working on model displays like this! Building airplanes is great but you can really expand all of your modelling skills on a project like this!
Thanks for the link!

Simply awesome and awe inspiring. I need to visit that place someday. Thx for sharing the link and i think they should have a railway section on here.

Thank you for sharing this. It is fantastic. I can believe it when the narrator says it took 500,000 hours to build. The detail is stunning.
Ha!! And I thought my 4X8 HO layout was big. That is one huge layout. Thanks for posting.
Was that a plane stuck to the mountain in the Grand Canyon?!!!
WOW!!! bow]
Absolutely stunning. The little computer controlled boats, cars, and planes at the airport were amazing, never thought I would see something like that. Thanks for sharing the link!
Absolutely amazing, just stunning

I it just me? I`ve tried 4 times to open now, and it wont load. Tried to copy, paste to google ,same thing…Harv
I just clicked on the link and it worked fine for me. Must be your connection or server.
Wow, that thing is amazing! I wonder how they controlled the vehicles on the roads?
Agree that it would be nice to have a train section here, maybe more for discussion of building rr models, not so much on operation and such. There are plenty of other forums that deal with that.

Any way you can get the video to play on Windows Media Player? My computer doesn’t like Real Player.
Wow!! That is nuts! I used to have a nice little N scale layout in my hobbie room next to my model bench. With the birth of my daughter both dissappeared. I now only have my kitchen table with bad lighting to build on. I still have the engines and cars for the layout and one day I will build again! Until then planes have to curb my building appetite.
Can you imagine having a job like that? So cool…
That is truly awesome.
It does make my modesl on shelves look a little lifeless though!

WOW all I can say is WOW!, you could spend days in there. Only wish I could get over to Germany to see that.
