I bought the 1:144 scale Minicraft B-52H this weekend the 1 with the Barksdale AFB and 40th Air Expeditionary Wing markings. Has anyone built this kit, and if so how well did it go together, what problems if any will i run into? Thanks yall. Jason.
I built it YEARS ago, and dont remember any bad points to the assembly, the panel lines are a mite deep for the scale though

Great looking BUFF PWS. Thank yall ill post some WIP pics when i get started.
Thanks at first I was a little hesitant due to 144th having sausage fingers but as you can tell shes still a big girl in that scale
Im trying to decide if i want to get any resin or PE for it, PE ive used before but resins a whole new ballgame. Ive never used resin before. Is there any PE or resin after market items for this kit?
I’m working on the same kit and have not come across any major issues as yet. I have a second for which I have a resin conversion kit to back date her to a B-52D. I have not come across any resin to improve the “H” specifically though.
Where did you find the conversion to a d model
Pws73703, I purchased the resin conversion from Great Models Webstore before they closed. The conversion is by Golden Dragon Productions.
I built that kit years ago on commission for a friend. I remember it went together pretty well and had a couple of interesting weapons including the quail decoy. I am looking forward to seeing your WIP pictures.
