I’m looking into getting some MiG pigments for detailing armor, and I was wondering what the best place to buy it from is. I noticed on MiG Productions website that the price per bottle is 3.2 euros, which is equivalent to around $4.05. The only place I’ve been able to find online was internethobbies.com and they were selling it for six bucks a bottle. That seems a little outrageous to me.
Anyone have any ideas on where to get the best price on this stuff??
There is a place starin’ you right in the face!! Megahobby, up above! Surely they’ll have some, other than that shop around, this stuff is widely available now! [:D]
At $4.50, you guys are really bein’ stung! Here in the UK, I only pay £1.40!
I bought mine from The Barrel Store (bentbutnotbroken.com). Prices are $4.74 Canadian each, cheaper if you buy a set, and they currently have a 20% off sale since the business is up for sale. Shipping is OK too.
I bought my MIG pigments at the VLS website--www.modelmecca.com. However, I can see that I was foolish–they cost $6.95 each there, and www.ausfwerks.com has them for a mere $4.50 each. Live and learn. I shoulda shopped around [:(] So, geez, don’t even listen to me…
Ausfwerks is awesome. Jeff is a pretty good guy, never met him, but we’ve exchanged email. I try to buy my stuff from then whenever they have what I need. They use Priority mail, so it gets here in a few days.
geez— i wish i had known about them(ausfwerks) before i ordered from roll models-- i woulda saved alot[:(]–NEXT TIME!!-- roll models is 6 bucks a bottle— tread
Thanks a lot for the tip regarding ausfwerks. Based on your feedback I just went there to see what they have. I ordered a Bendicator. I hope it works. I constantly have problems with messed up handles, missing handles, etc.
