Been using em ever since they became available a few years ago. Like you, Iv’e found them very useful in a number of ways, including air brush cleaning.
Rick
Actually, I have quite a few in my drawer in all three different sizes, Mostly though, I like to use a regular paintbrush.
I received some sample packs of them with the Tenax kit I bought and I like them a lot. They are great for putting CA glue in small spots and painting in areas that a regular brush is hard to get into.
Mike
Ditto on the airbrush cleaning. I just got through using them. I wished they had one smaller sized microbrush so I could get the brush all the way to the tip of the nozzle on my airbrushes.
Yea, ive never used them for airbrush cleanin but ill try it! i just like them because im to lazy to wash a paintbrush everytime i use it- with these you can just toss’em!! [:D]
Roosterfish,
You need the Airbrushers Brushes my friend:

Mike
Don’t know what size mine are (white ones) but I use them for polishing small areas of buffable metalic paints. You can get right up to the panel line with them.
Used them also for CA application.
I’ll try the A/B cleaning thing, too.
those are the smallest ones.
I just tried mine for the first time tonight. How in the heck did I ever get along without them? Those little suckers are great!
MikeV, YES! I need those brushes! Who sells them? Those brushes would make my ABs squeeky clean! I doubt I could get them locally 'cause we are so backwards in Central CA.
roosterfish
if you have a HobbyLobby or a HobbyTown USA you can find them in by the painting supplies , you might even try Wal-Mart , I’ve seen them there a few times , and if all else fails you can probably buy some from the source .
hope that helps you out .

Walt,
I think roosterfish was asking me about the airbrush cleaning brushes. [;)]
roosterfish,
They sell the “Airbrushers Brushes” at Bear Air, Dixie Art, and Coast Airbrush.
They are cheapest at Coast Airbrush in Anaheim, CA for $17.95.
Mike
How durable are the Airbrushers Brushes? Just wondering. Do they last long? I wouldn’t want to pay that amount of money for something that would only last a couple of cleanings. But I would easily pay that the money for something that will last. It they are as good as they sound then to me they would be worth their weigh in gold.
[#oops] sorry guys just thought I’d help with the micro brush thingy
I’m not offended at all. I’m learning like a lot of people at this forum. Keep on posting SewerRat, your intentions were well meant and I appreciate it! [^]
I used microbrushes for the first time on my last build, and I loved 'em!
To boldly go where no brush has gone before…
roosterfish,
They last a long time and they are not affected by lacquer thinner.
I am not sure how long they will last, if you call Coast Airbrush then Dave or his staff can tell you what kind of life to expect from them. They also sell replacements for the 4 smallest brushes which are cheaper than the whole set.
I have had mine for about 6 years but they haven’t been used that much.
Mike
Mike, your testimony has convinced me. I bought the full set of AB cleaning brushes. Thanks! [:D]
Where did you get them from? Did you call Coast?
Mike
