I’m having a bad day. I’m trying to decal my Hase Spit and first off the kit decals blow. Even worse is the Micro Sol is hazing my paint. Will this clear up when dry? Or is my most flawless construction project yet ruined?
I’m decaling over future on top of Tamiya acrylics of that helps…

When using MicroSol (or similar decal solvents), hazing may occur on some acrylic paints, particularly if the paint hasn’t had sufficient curing time. (Tamiya paints should be left at least overnight to cure.)
Don’t panic. Hit the hazed areas with a little clear gloss. This should fix the hazing, then (after the gloss has cured) apply a flat coat over it as normal.
My sealing coat of future cleared it up.The paint had been on for a few days. Even the coat of future I was putting the decals over had dried for around 36 hours. Thanks for the help though. I seem to remeber having had discoloration in the past, but I was a little worried for a minute there.
