Micro-Mark- GREAT cust service!

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered the micro punch and die set from Micro-Mark. When I went to use it, I realized they had given me the required 9 punches, but instead of one of each I received zero 2mm and 2 2.5mm. A quick call to them gave me a sincere apology and a promise to rush one out. Three days later, I got the missing piece and noticed that the invoice had RUSH! stamped all over it. Nice to see a company that really cares. Just thought I would share! [:D]

WAY COOL. Sofar I`ve only ordered twice from them. Got what I ordered on time…Harvey

Yeah, thought I’d put it out here as it’s nice to hear about good customer service as well as the bad service in case someone is trying to decide who they should order something from.

I have had good reponse from Mico-Mark also…but I did experience a glitch.

As part of a larger order, my 4 in 1 Zona saw arrived minus one blade in the package. The saw package was factory sealed so it was obvious that it was no fault of Micro-Mark.

I wrote Micro-Mark about the shortage (and explained how it was not their mistake)…and they wrote right back…very apologetic and polite and said they would send the missing blade. Nice!

Well, after a few weeks…no blade. I wrote back and they replied that it had been sent and hadn’t been returned to them…so therefor I must have received it.

I just dropped it. Now I have finally had something ‘lost in the mail’.

But Micro-Mark’s customer service response was good

Micro-mark is one of the few companies that I have done repeat business with (well over a hundred orders) over the course of several years. I’ve never experienced any issues with them and they have always been very friendly.

THe only problem i have with Micro-Mark is the dent it puts into my Credit Card Balances[:I]
