They had Mexican versions? [%-)] Learn something new everyday.

I think they hang a piñata from the antenna! [:D] Just kidding there, I like Tigerman had not heard about the Mexican version but look forward to what you find and post in the near future…

romelio, if you have any sources with poics, please post 'em for us. id love to see one in mex markings.

The main thing I would suggest is to dig around on the internet and try and find as many photos of them as possible as equipped by the Mexican Army. Sometimes the only difference between exported stuff and the American is in the markings, sometimes there are minor differences in fittings and what not. Good luck and have fun.

Dear Romelio:

I have some Mexican M3 Stuart from a Military Garrison at Coahuila, please send me your e-mail to reply a pair of it.

Best regards

Manuel

Thanks Cote1995! I just send you an E-mail. hope to see you more in the forum…

You can find some pics in this page:
http://rtvmodeler.com/MEX/tierra/global.htm

clic on the numbers at the left, under the Tanques y vehículos ligeros
Armour and light vehicles legend.

Maybe some day I’ll get a 1/35 BTR-70 (Zveda) and build it with Mexican Armada markings.
¡Suerte!

Hey those reference pics are cool.
You can see the base yellow with dark-green squiggles for camo pattern.
Looks like a job for sillyputty masking [}:)]

[:D] Thanks to mention my page friends!, in the new address you can see more pics of Mexican Armours incluiding of the las Militar Parade 2004 at: http://metalpower.rtv-mm.com/

Romelio, The image you shown is a conversion of the M5 with turret M 8 Howitzer. Before to start the kit you need to make some changes, here some close-ups of the Mexican Stuart accord to version of the kit, is perfect!

Regards,
Rodolfo

Thanks Rodolfo for the pictures but wich brand carry a turret like the one in the picture for the conversion …

Thanks again!

Gabriel …[;)]

Did you see the idler and road wheels on that M8 GMC. Sweet.

As for the other reference photos. They look like a standard M3A1. Check your references on the M3A1 and run with it.

Estimado Rodolfo:
