i know this has probally been put on before but who makes a model of one or at least a cpnversion set for one.
Academy makes the 4-litter M997 HMMWV Ambulance and it is kit #1352. Esci also made the 2-litter HMMWV, but it has been out of production since about 1990.
I’m actually building one right now. It’s the Academy M997 Maxi-Ambulance. It wasn’t avaiable here in town so I got it on the web. Here’s the web site.

It’s going together pretty good with very little flash and no sinkholes or misalignment.
