Wow! Incredible work. I take my hat off to your detailing and repair skills. [bow][bow][bow]

Never knew you could do that with resin. Thanks for the inspriation and the tech tips Chuck. [tup][tup]

the simplicity of the method for fixing the warped peices is what gets me. Amazing work.

Thanks for sharing.[^]

the one thing I get outta these threads is just learning a new technics almost everytime I read them.

Nice big stove in that kitchen, too! I think I could enjoy cooking in chukw’s kitchen!

Just because I found your Reichspfennig interesting, Chuck… I have my Dad’s WW2 GI Zippo, well… part of it… All that’s left of the original lighter is the bottom case, as the guts and the top have been replaced… But the bottom case has a five-Reichsmark coin soldered on each side…

Just thought I’d share…

Thanks, Guys!

Von Hammer- that lighter is DOPE!!!

Glad you all liked the post- but no one found the Easter Egg? No one? Bueller?

[}:)]

Little chuck from the previous build???

Nope. Try again! [8-]

Your not saying Fritzi is stuffing her shirt surely? ( Oh Come on I said it but you all know you were thinking it too!) [:P]

I dunno Chuk I don’t see it does it have anything to do with the dark mysterious fellow hiding by the cold water on the stove?

are you talking about the sinister looking dude lurking out by the pots on the stove?..

My first though was this yellow box in the upper left corner.

Eric…

Thanks, Pard… Dad gave it to me when I made Staff Sergeant many years ago… It was given to him by his crew-chief back in the 343rd FS, one Staff Sergeant Norbert “Knobby” Thilges… But since both my kids are O’s (Boy’s a Captain, Little Girl’s a Warrant), they gonna have to fight over it after I’m gone…

Easter egg? Hadn’t looked the first time, I was admiring Fritzi’s charms. But on a closer look, there is a blue ovoid shape at the head of one of the pins in this shot:

On the pin just above the caption, “Balsa wood shim”. Is that it?

Regards,

Brad

sf_plane_nut is teh winnah! Maybe it was too obvious? Sorry if I made you look too hard, Herr Baron! ;D

Hmmmmmm OK? LOL!

LOL, MacNeal…Loser!!!

What were we talking about being unnoticed LMAO

…Guy

Oh, sfmc is a winnah as well!

That is quite all right Chuk! My wife wouldn’t have let me go on that all expense paid cruise with Fritzi anyways… [:I]

Guy I spend most of my time trying to go unnoticed LOL!
