So after an huge oops on my bench last evening, i bent my needle beyond my ability to repair it. It was the standard .02 needle that most master brushes come with. Didnt mind it, but i had been doing research to find a larger nozzle and needle for larger area coverage with no avail. Today at Hobby Lobby i was looking at the wavious Paasche and Iwata nozzles when i realizes the Iwata NEO nozzles looked awfully familiar…
So if you didnt know… Iwata NEO Needles and Nozzles will work in Master G22 Series brushes. This is exciting for me, because now I can just buy them at the store instead of online. Also allows for more customization of coverage on a lower budget brush.
The needle and nozzle may fit, but the matching air cap will not. The Neo is larger. Did you know you can by replacement needle, nozzle, and cap kits for the Master airbrushes at TCP Global for less than $10? They come in .2, .3, and .5mm sizes.

Don, thanks for the reply. I put it all back together with the NEO nozzle and needle without any issue. Maybe I have a fortuitously defective master brush? Lol I will look into ordering the other needles as well. I’ve been using the Masters lately as my Paasche VL is out of commission. I was tightening my air line after cleaning and it sheared off at the threaded section of the inlet. Sad day. Can’t figure out how to get it out without buying a new body.
You may be able to use a tool that is generically called an “easy out”. They are a screw extractor that consists a tapered, hardened tool with edges that are made to bite into a hole drilled into the center of a broken screw. Since your fitting is hollw there is no need to drill and it is probably brass so it should be fairly soft. You would gently but firmly tap the screw extractor into the sheared off fitting and then turn the easyout to the left using a wrench on the flats of the extractor. The more you turn the more it bites into the material and backs out the sheared off fitting. Google “easy out tool” and you will find lots of places that carry various sizes. Hopefully the smallest would fit into your air fitting.
