Sand it off using a very fine grade of sandpaper or moisten a q-tip with thinner and wipe it off. Of course repainting is necessary. These usually work for me, Comrade.
lightly sand it (after it dries) and repaint that area, gently misting to avoid build up
hmmmm, mud-dirt, stowage-tarps etc.[:D] but, there is probably a complicated method of actually removing it.[B)]
