what was the underneath chasis color of the M8 and the 20?
same as the outside? or Black? or what.

My guess would be OD The Army paints everything OD…
US WWII vehicles, and most modern as well, are painted overall in the same color. Frame, hull, everything gets painted the same. For an M8 or M20, it would have been OD Green.

These were mexican M8s. These were used in the sixities by our army. The turret is slightly modified by I guess that’s it.
The frame and body are painted OD. The interior is painted white.[:D]
Should be the same color as the topside. Bryan
