You could get it from an online hobby shop, militaryhobbies.com is in Canada, they say where on their site
You could paint it “Mickey Mouse Ear,” its an interesting sceme
If you dont know what it is, go on google and type in Mickey mouse ear camo and it should tell you
edit: is it the russian one? then mickey mouse ear wouldnt work
Strange question here. By definition, an M4A3E8 has HVSS, which is signified by the E8 or “Easy Eight” suffix. So an M4A3E8 with VVSS would just be a plain M4A3 like the Tamiya kit (75mm turret), Italeri USMC kit (75mm turret) or Heller kit (76mm turret).
You could get some of the excellent photo books by Concord Publications: “Sherman at War Pt 2” or “US Tank Battles in Germany”, both by author Steve Zaloga. Good late war coverage and some camo schemes.
BTW, the “Mickey Mouse” pattern was generally used to describe hard-edged black cloud camouflage of British vehicles. I’ve never heard the term applied to US armor (which your M4A3E8 must be). Black disruptive schemes were used on M4A3s but I don’t think it was called Mickey Mouse pattern.
Don’t know of any local shops in your area, but use Military Hobbies (www.militaryhobbies.ca) If they don’t carry it, call them. Dave is a nice guy, and he’ll be only too happy to order whatever you want.
If you are talking 1/35th (and HVSS), they are hard to come by. Dragon had a Korean war Easy 8 that appears on Ebay now and then, but it is OOP. Tamiya made an old M4A3E8, but it wasn’t as nice as the Dragon kit and had more than a few errors. Now, if you can be patient, Dragon is to release a new E8 sometime soon. And if you meant the M4A3 76mm VVSS, they are releasing one of those in June or July
