I’m looking to replace the track for my hobbyboss HST, does anyone know if they make an aftermarket set? I did a search but came up empty handed.
The M4 HST uses the same track as Sherman tanks. Any Sherman replacement track will work. You will have to check reference photos to see which type to use for your time frame and location.

I’m not sure but I think it is more like the Stuart tracks. I think the Sherman tracks will be too wide for it. Again, I’m not sure.
You may be right. It does use an M3 suspension, but I think the tracks are the same width.
They may be the same width, but they look substantially different than the average Sherman track in many cases… it appears that there are multiple types of M4 tractor tracks… I’d say if you find a set of Sherman tracks that look the same as what you currently have, then go for it- they should work.
HeavyArty, you are right about the tracks. According to a review by Terry Ashley the kit comes with the T48 rubber chevron tracks so it will not be too hard to find Sherman individual tracks for replacement

Hey Steve! I’m not sure yet, my computer has gone on the frtiz so all of my building is at a stand still until I can sort this out. It literally took me 45 min and three different internet browsers just to type this…I hate Vista, I’ll be sure to do a WIP thread when I start the thing though.
