Wow, what an interesting looking vehicle. I’m not familiar with this vehicle, is it from the Cold War period? Did Renwal once make a 1/40ish scale model of this vehicle

Yeah, it’s pretty cool looking. It was built in the 1950s, and was used in Vietnam and also the Western Sahara War.

I’m not sure, honestly I’ve never heard of Renwal before now. I think Revell made a 1/40 kit.

It was Revell that made the 1:40 Scorpion. It’s been a long time since it was last issued, in the early 80s. With the rise of 1:35 scale, I guess that’s not surprising. A lot of Revell’s armor was 1:40. I wonder if Atlantis acquired any of those molds. So far, none have appeared under their label, so I’m guessing not.
