I recently bought a Monogram F-14A Hi-Tech kit at a garage sale but there was no instructions for it. All the peices including the photo-etch parts are there, I just need the instructions, Can ANYONE help, please?
I changed the title of your post (added the manufacturer and model) and moved it to the aircraft forum. Hopefully someone will be able to help you out. [:)]
Hey Roadkill, I have instructions for Monogram 1/48 F-14A Tomcat kit # 5822, its not the high tech version but if you want a copy let me know.

You should contact Revell-Monogram. I suspect very strongly that they have such things archived so they don’t have to make entire new instruction sheets for reissued kits, just simple ammendments to existing ones.
Even if they don’t, it can’t hurt to ask.
Thanks, ardy299 I’ll probably take you up on your offer and do my best with the PE. The first thing I did was send a letter to R-M, that was three months ago and I still haven’t gotten a response. And meanwhile, that tomcat is sitting in it’s box talking to me[8D]. I have been tempted to try to build it without the instructions, but I know that if I do I’ll screw it up so bad that it’ll end up in the parts bin. And NO tomcat deserves that![:D]
OK I’ll get them off to you email soon as I can.
Bob
I would appreciate it and thanks for the help[:D]
would anyone mind emailing me the instructions as well? Because I too, dont have instructions.
Kevin,
I have that kit and I am trying to finish up mine that I built about 90% of many years ago.
It was one of the worst fitting kits I have ever built and am having to force myself to finish it. Mine is done in the older Jolly Rogers scheme when the Tomcats were still somewhat shiny.
Mike
whoa i didn’t think monogram made kits with photo etched parts with it.
I have hte Hi-tech F-14 by Monogram (5832). If you want, I’ll scan them and e-mai lto you, or, photocopy and snail-mail them. Let me know.
