I have alway been fascinated by the WWII Assembly or Formation Airplanes.

I finally received my B24J and wanted to recreate one of those paint schemes.

Does anybody knows a set of decals in 1/72 and some references? I mean boks or websites

You might want to try on the reference forum, which is targeted at requests just like yours.

I saw a crazy scheme on one formation B-24, polka dotted with a white background… mental!

FSM did a feature showcase on someone’s B-24 formation plane. I can’t remember what issue, but it was yellow with red polka dots. Pretty wild looking. Hope it helps.[2c]
