I can’t help you with the landing gear doors, but in my SAM publication Magazine, I have a picture of that exact plane. It says “A-7E Greek Air Force, Tanagra September 2005. This Aircraft wears a special display scheme for the ‘Arhaggelos 2005’ Air Show”

From what I understand, the “H” and “E” models were essentially the same, the main differences being:
