I believe that HP Models of Germany makes several in 1:700 scale resin(no brass). I can’t get into their website right now so I’ll have to post back info later.

Oops, G, J, K, L, M classes along with Battle class and Hunt Class, but no C-class

I checked the site out but they don’t seem to have one, white ensign told me I could convert an E class destroyer as no one makes a C class.

Oh well
