Amtech makes a nice 1/48 kit of the Ta-183 that should be readily available. DML/Dragon has a couple of other types in 1/48, but those may be a little harder to find. In 1/72, there is a much broader selection. I’m not into Luftwaffe '46 myself, but I am pretty sure Revell has released a few & you might also check kits from some of the Limited Run suppliers such as Pavla.

The 1/48 Am Tech kit is also reboxed by Tamiya with the kettenkrafrad.
