Looking for a 1/53 scale figure of a women school bus driver either sitting or standing, any one have any good leads?
You might have to either use a 1:48 figure or 1:35. Given that not everyone is the same height you should be able to find one that will meet your needs. You may also have to do some reworking of the figure to create a woman as there aren’t many ladies offered in uniform to accompany the military subjects they are produced for. Most female figures are 1:35 or larger…plenty available in 1:24/25 for the car modelers. I think Jimmy Flintstone makes a lady driver.
Also check the model railroading figures…O gauge = 1:48. Walthers.com
There are also pedestrian figures in 1:50 available for architectonic models, so maybe there you will be able to find a nice lady. Once I converted four of such figs to a 1:50 tugboat crew. I bought them from a german company called Modulor. Look what I googled out for you:
