Here’s a little excavator diorama - really just a model with a little base - I built as a distraction from a long term ship build. The base is actually a lid from a baby food jar. Bottle cap for scale…

The kit is 1/32 Fujimi miniexcavator.

Hairspray weathering was used. Pastels for rust.

Wow cool! Something I see more often in real life than on modeling forums- great job capturing the look of the real thing.

Great work on a tiny scale. I do like dioramas of ordinary working life. Excellent choice of topic.
