So here is a new one for me. Does anyone here have any experience to share using liquid masking pens? I stumbled across this item in the local Micheals store the other day and wondered about canopy masking applications.
Further searching has revealed various size tips with this product. Most instructional information alludes to use on canvas or paper, with a short time of only a couple days before it needs to be removed. I’m wondering if anyone has tried this on plastic, both painted and unpainted, and what the results were.

I used the 2mm Molotow pen for the fuselage camo on this 1/48 Eduard kit.
Sprayed the green, masked with the pen, sprayed the light blue, removed the mask and sprayed the grey mottling. Quite happy with the result.
One downside I noticed is the mask was difficult to remove, I think it was because of using laquer thinned paint (Gunze Aqueous + SLT) which has eaten into the mask. Next time I will apply definitely at least two coats with the pen.
Another downside is after use the stuff on the tip gets cured and it is impossible to use the tip again. To give the tip a good clean after use is definitely a good idea - if not having replacements.

This product looks like a great idea. I will wait and see what others say about it before jumping in and trying it.
