Lindberg Avro Vulcan

I recently recieved the Lindberg lines Avro Vulcan 1:48 scale model as a gift, but I already have one completed. If anyone is interested I will sell cheap. I am interested in selling, mainly because I want to get either a P-51 Mustang or a P-40E Tiger Shark both made by Revell-Monogram.

That’s a no no here, you’ll be getting an email from Jeff Herne or someone soon… try this site… http://www.aircraftresourcecenter.com/ go to classifieds and set yourself up an account. good luck!

Yup, peddling your wares at FSM is a no-no.

One question, though:

A 1/48 Avro Vulcan by Lindberg?

Are you sure?

Perhaps it is a 1/72 Avro Vulcan by Airfix?

Of course, I could be wrong, but I’ve never heard of a 1/48 Vulcan from anybody, let alone Lindberg.

Jeff’s probably got the stocks and rope ready as i type [(-D][(-D]

I think its a 1/96 scale lindburg did make them
as for a 1/48 i think that was Welshmodels in vacform ,there was one on ebay
a few weks ago i think the guy wanted £600 for it

well I got one a while back for 1 buck at a junk shop and it has all of its parts.

Its a Lindberg model Avro Vulcan with moveable ailerons and rudder, 1:48 scale
didn’t know that I couldn’t ask around for someone that was interested, next time I’ll request a copy of the rules and regs from you,

No worries, Mr. Cryptic-hard to believe that Lindberg made such an esoteric kit.
BTW-welcome to da forum-prepare for spankings!!

Don’t members have to read that stuff when they sign up?

Hmmm. 1/48 Lindberg Vulcan.
You learn something new everyday here at FSM!

Would anybody have any info on such a kit? Links, etc.?
Internet searches have yielded nothing on the existance of such a kit.

you may get several different answers to this but the scale is 1/8 inch = 1 scale foot now thats a pretty odd scale.

1/8 inch to the foot is 1/96th scale. A very common scale for ship modelers.
Ray

and let me guess also a rare scale for aircraft.
