Let's see your stash!

Incredible! My stash pales in comparison. I need to make more trips to my local hobby shop.

Holy guacamole! You’ve got an entire store in your basement. Everything dress right dress! Incredible. I admire your passion for the hobby but am wondering if medication is in order.

Hey Scott!
That’s a great question and maybe we(I’ll) never know why..
Probably because I’ll never build it all or there wont be a need to buy..
I love building and that’s my main interest but as for the collection, this was done over 30 years.
Like I mentioned, trading with others, club trades, model shows, my local hobby shop.. Everyone is to blame for my collection haha.
Seriously though, I love what I have and I am always into trading/selling my stuff for the next best kit!
Has my wife been talking to you? She’s been saying that shes going to get me a cash register for Christmas!
Not sure if she’s joking or throwing me a subtle hint lol

Hi Mr Tom,
Thank you thank you! Yeah, life came into play as well along with famiy/kids.
Being exposed to the hobby at a young age thanks to my dad, model shows, people and of course an amazing hobby shop, helped shape me as a modeler which includes my stash!
Yes, when I was getting my area set up, I totally wanted that vibe!
I dearly miss my LHS!

I need to get her contact info so I can send her a list of some kits I need and have her contact me directly with a quote. I’m sure with that stash, you wouldn’t miss one or two!

5 to 1 huh? That is some nice odds. I know guys who are saying the opposite, they have to complete 5 to be able to buy one.

Does this count as “stash”? RELAX! It’s just old Italian seasoning I’m getting rid of. Thought I would add some humor. :slightly_smiling_face:

I thought that was some sort of ikea build.

I thought it was ground litter for dioramas.

It’s actually not too bad, although progress is slow…

That is very small.

I’ll have a pick of mine in a few weeks. Right now all my kits are spread out in three buildings.
