has anyone ever seen/heard of/built this kit? if so what can you tell me about it? thanks.
I can’t tell you anything about the kit, but the car is my favorite Lamborghini!
Not the best, made this one, typical 70’s motorized “toy like” japanese kit, the boxart is nice but the kit is pretty basic, body design proportions are a bit wrong, as for chassis & engine details (note the basic engine heads & carburators sitting on a huge box… hiding the electric motor!) they are plaine crude, wheels & tires are not accurate can make an average curside model if you keep the bonnets closed & put a lot of extra work! if you want an old 70’s mint kit in your collection OK… if you want a really nice replica try …
The best Miura kit available is the 1/16 scale Fujimi kit (Ex Otaki mold) a newer version with photo etched parts was available, also look for the fujimi 1/124 Curbside Miura & Jota kits also with photo etched parts, miles & miles ahead of the Eidai & many other Miura kits.
Hasegawa makes a nice Lamborghini Muira and Jota in 1/24 scale, and they are a curent release.
It’s interesting that the Eidai kit is 1/25 scale. That is the first Japanese kit that I’ve ever seen in that scale.
