This is the Revellogram Schwalbe that I built back in the mid to late 90s. Paints are Model Master and decals are from Ministry of Small Aircraft Production for a Kommando Nowotny bird. This was built in pre internet days and I had minimal references on the the 262.

Thanks guys. As you can see it is a good kit- looks like a 262 when built and has plenty of detail: nice cockpit, wheel wells, gun bay, optional bombs and bomb racks, underwing R4M rockets, and two nicely molded figures- a pilot and a mechanic, for a straight OOB vignette.
BTW, that 262 shark charicature is dead on! Love it!
Makes you wonder why the Luftwaffe called it a Schwalbe. Looks like shark to me, too. I love that caricature!
