Not too long ago FinescaleModeler did a review on the old Monogram 1/48 kit of the Kingfisher where the builder superdetailed it with a full interior from Cutting Edge Model Works. In addition, he put a new cowling on it and included the Pratt & Whitney R1340 radial engine that was purchased from a company called Engines and Things. I’m building the same Kingfisher but can’t seem to find the engine anywhere. Does anyone out there know where I can puchase it or make an exchange for another part?? Jack Reisner

Also www.squadron.com in Texas and www.greatmodels.com in Utah have them… just do a search for kingfisher or OS2U and it should bring them up… they also have an improved interior with seats and such, and floats available there was well…
