Just finished Monogram 1/48 F-101B Voodoo PICS

Very Nice! Excellent job on a tough kit.[tup][tup]

I think she looks sharp! What paints and decals did you use? Looks like you did a really good job on a tough kit!!

Very pretty. Nice job on the metal finish.

Chris

That is one beautiful Voodoo!! I find that those Revell/Monogram builds are pretty challenging - great job on this one! [tup]

Ken

Well done, well done!

Excellent work, what did you use for the NMF?

OOOH Nice [tup]. Really like this one Mark. Makes the venerable old kit look very respectful.

Regards, Rick

Great job! It looks great; I’ve really been wanting to build this kit for a while now, but I don’t think mine will look this good!

She’s a real spell-caster of a wicked machine [:)]

Bravo, Mkhoot! That is one fine looking Voodoo! Are there any real issues with this kit? I have a couple in my stash, and I’d be elated if mine looked as nice as yours!

Very nice work on the One-O-Wonder. The finish is superb.

Wonderful work on the Voodoo, mk! [tup] That’s gotta be quite a change from all those bipes you recently finished. [swg] Great quality pics, too!

LOVE IT!

Great work!

I don’t know what you guys are complaining about. I always thought Monogram made outstanding kits! No b.s.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The NMF is Alclad Duraluminum and Metalizer non buffing aluminum over grey primer. The decals are from Eagle Strike but this scheme is included in the current Revell boxing. Only problem I had was with the wing to fuselage fit. I had to cut the inlet trunks into to pieces to get the wing to fit.
